The flight was about 30 minutes late leaving, but we made up most of the time and only arrived 10 minutes late. Got through customs easily, but then spent almost two and a half hours getting our car! Dollar seemed to be staffed by rejects from the film Shaun of the Dead.......Seriously?!?

Eeek! ... Elmo gets to close to the edge
Finally we left Las Vegas at about 5:30, having landed at 2:15, and drove to Hoover Dam for a short stop.

A new bridge
The dam is still as impressive as ever, and now has a new bridge being built beside it. We stayed about an hour then pressed on to Kingman.

Drove to Kingman Arizona as the sun was setting. Arrived about 8:00pm - drove a total of 106 miles today.
